My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2024
Poor Lulu was feeling a bit under the weather😢 and just wanted to be inside today so we didn't do much together activity-wise. Fortunately she had perked up by the afternoon so I'm hoping we'll get back outdoors together ❤️.
She was content to trot along at a bit slower pace and didn't seem to want to explore as much as usual. At least she had the chance to see her doggy friend Casey and they trotted together before we headed back home.
My poor little yard is slowly greening up with fresh dirt and daily watering. Maybe Lulu will have her personal spot for a roll.
I am feeling more energetic and motivated to improve my health enough to resume serious running again. I'm watching my diet and more closely monitoring my biometrics. Time will tell if my senior body can handle long runs.
Finished up my day with a 5 mile long loop into the city center and back. Too bad it was mainly busy streets but it was a route that I haven't done in a long time and the beautiful flowers along the way were a nice benefit.
