My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2022
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 to all my Actifit friends in the US (happy Thursday to everyone else). I hope it's been an enjoyable and productive day for you all.
I cranked out a very nice run on very quiet roads today so maybe my spell of "off" days has passed.
My leg was just a little bit sore but for once I was able to have no trouble hitting my stride right from the start. A little over 2 miles of flat loops, then s mile or so on the dirt before going out onto a rolling loop for the rest of my run.
I thought that it might be my best recent 10 km but apparently not quite but still it felt great to run well again.
Now time to set my new hosls for the Across the Years 24 hr - ring in the new year on a positive note.
