My Actifit Report Card: February 26 2021
A fairly good run to end my week and I just hope that I can continue then trend through the weekend.
My legs and hip were still a bit sore and stiff when I started but it was a nice morning and I went out on some mellow trails through the nearby woods. I was never really comfortable on my run but it was an improvement over the past few days. Guess the hiking days helped a bit. It's nice to see the snow gone from the forests and soon the wildflowers will begin to usher in Spring. Maybe I could have done a few more miles but I decided not to push too much.
A nice 4 miles walking to close out my day as the sun set and now time to relax and plan my next hiking/collecting trip.
