My Actifit Report Card: June 21 2024
Dobrý večer,
Good evening,
Today's run was to the field to exercise.
- Dnešní běh vedl na hřiště, abych si zacvičil. *
The Viktoria sports complex was the first stop.
Sportovní areál Viktoria byl první zastávkou.
I continued past the Book Gazebo (a perfect place to relax and get inspired).
Pokračoval jsem kolem Knižního altánku (perfektní místo k odpočinku a načerpání inspirace).
On the way I passed the Ferdinand Spring Colonnade. (The colonnade of Ferdinand's Spring is located in Úšovice Park. Similar to the other colonnades in Mariánské Lázně, this one was created at the instigation of Abbot Reitenberger in the years 1826 - 1827. Here you will find the oldest mineral spring named after King Ferdinand I. who had it explored as early as 1528 with the original aim of obtaining table salt from it. Unfortunately with poor results because the spring contains Glauber's salt, which has a laxative effect.)
Na cestě jsem míjel Kolonádu Ferdinandova pramene. (Kolonáda Ferdinandova pramene se nachází v Úšovickém parku. Podobně jako ostatní kolonády v Mariánských Lázních i tato vznikla na popud opata Reitenbergera v letech 1826 - 1827. Najdete zde nejstarší minerální pramen pojmenovaný po králi Ferdinandovi I., který jej dal prozkoumat už v roce 1528 s původním cílem získat z něj kuchyňskou sůl. Bohužel s nevalným výsledkem, protože pramen obsahuje Glauberovu sůl, která má projímavý účinek.) I finally arrived at the playground. Here I decided to get some more exercise.
Nakonec jsem dorazil na hřiště. Zde jsem se rozhodl, že si ještě trochu zacvičím.
