My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2022
Well what can I say... I missed my target again. And this time both the 10 km and the 10,000 steps... and I'm not happy about it 😒
Not that it's my fault. A package was going to be delivered at home today so I planned to wait for it and then start my daily walk.
Only, you guessed it, the postman was terribly late. And if that wasn't enough, when I finally wanted to leave it started to rain cats and dogs...
Like I said, I'm not happy about it. I was just doing so well... I'll try to take it up a notch tomorrow, a matter of keeping the weekly average up to standard.
