Yes Hiking is for all Seasons!😊
The Weather has turned cold, the pond is starting to freeze over......Didn’t Silvertop say it was Spring Lol!🤔🤣
The fire in the wood stove has the house toasty, and after a quick trip to town, Silvertop and the Mrs put on some extra layers and hiked Sumas Mountain!
Jan had other plans today, so it was just us two.🥰
All the water running down the trails has now become clear ice, and the forest is extra quiet.......Except for our footsteps on the crunchy frozen ground!
Usually the weather works like this.....
Warm and rain and cloudy......or
Cold and beautiful Sunshine, with clear skies!😎
Hmmm....... Can we have the second with Spring Lol!
We hiked to Towhee ridge with 78 uphill floors, as the Sun was starting to set, and the temperature was dropping as well.........
“Liz, that’s a good hike for today, I’m ready for a hot Latte, and that warm wood stove!”😀
I think Liz was good with that......🥶
