I still cannpt go swimming because of the rash so I went hiking in the country park.
It was a beautiful sunny day and would be perfect to jump into the water.
Luckily there was a wind so it was quite nice hiking and climbing the stairs in the country park.
It was s good hike walking under the shade of the trees and forest.

Yeah, it is slowly healing. Don't know why it is taking so long. In the meantime, I can choose hiking or cycling or both.
