My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2021
There is nothing better than taking advantage of the cool and sunny days to go for a walk and exercise our body, today I decided to go out with my aunts and my mother to walk around and clear my mind to have a healthier body and mind, and to admire the beautiful things that nature gives us.
I have set the goal of exercising my body to be better with myself and balance my diet, it is a big challenge to get up early but they are sacrifices we have to make so that our body adapts and so that everything goes better for us, take advantage of the day from very early.
My route today began leaving my house and arriving at my grandmother's house where my aunts were waiting for us, then we left towards one of the squares that my city has, in front of my grandmother's house there is also a square, (but today they were doing cleaning and maintenance to beautify it a little), we made several laps around it and then to my grandmother's house, we rested a while and then my mother and I left towards our house again for that way to bathe and perform our activities for this day.
