Yesterday i listened some songs and i can't believe myself i just walked 1.5 hrs. Continuously and here is the activity count as you seen.
Listening songs during walk help you to build your stamina un walking or jogging i recommend everyone to listen music while jogging or walking or also during exercise.
It is the key to stable your health and live longer without stress.
