Taking a walk near the beach is a great way to de-stress and decompress. The crashing waves and fresh air will leave you feeling refreshed. If you are lucky enough to live near the ocean, consider taking a walk along the water for an even greater sense of relaxation. If you don’t live near the water, you can also visit a nearby lake or go for a walk in the woods.
