Yey! Been busy going on walks...
Around the living room and bedroom! 😂
While this community quarantine is driving me crazy, I have been staying at our place for three days straight. I know I could stay go outside by the playground and jogging trail but I have been busy cleaning up, trying to disinfect almost everything in place, door knobs, the bathroom, the shoes I use outside, even the groceries, like canned goods. I wish I could can wash lettuce with soap and still eat without tasting the soap, lol!
But seriously, this coronavirus is really scary and has been driving me nuts!
I still have to keep up with my fitness routine so, I did 50 kettlebell swings, 50 squats, and 60 jumping jacks.

I've been doing gymnastics and Crossfit WODs in the basement and I can't complain. :)
Corona won't touch you, its scared about your fitness but stay safe and home.
It's good you're staying active, my friend. Cleaning these days is quite time consuming because it's like you say, you have to disinfect EVERYTHING.
Yesterday I didn't do anything fitness and it weighed a bit. Today I intend to at least do yoga with my kids.
