My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2022..... Wednesday Walk 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's been another great day stepping it out and as always it's that time of day to slow down and take a look at how my day has been.
I'm gonna share some of the trending stories too. It's going down right now, come on 💨.
So just like yesterday I kicked off the day with the fast paced morning session. I had a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲.
A nice sunny 🌞 morning with lots of wonderful fresh air 🍃.
Next I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. Campaigning still in high gear as we head towards elections.
Globally, in Ukraine, Russian forces have been pushed back from lots of areas around Kharkiv 👏. Elsewhere in Europe, British PM Boris, signed security agreements on visits to Stockholm and Helsinki pledging UK support in the event of a military attack. In other news, masks will no longer have to be worn on EU flights and airports from Monday 🎉.
Over in crypto, another red day as bitcoin tumbled below 30k, now at 28k. Do keep hodling as we try to figure out where the bottom lies. The bears 🐻 looking strong 💪 but not for long.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day. I did do a little bit of garden work too.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries and then headed back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤. I woke up some time early evening feeling great 💪 and then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the middle east, an Al Jazeera reporter has been killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank 😱. A shocking and horrifying incident where two of her colleagues were wounded despite all of them wearing helmets and vests clearly displaying they were press😢. Hopefully justice prevails.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. Slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
