My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2021......... Sunday funday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. A new week beckons and I had another active day. Time to wrap things up and head to bed 💤. As always thank you for being here and let's get started 💨.
So as usual, I kicked things off with the fast paced morning session. Brisk walking 👣 around the cloudy neighborhood 🌲. At times I broke into a jog😊.
Come ten o'clock, I detoured and headed back home 🏡 having achieved my automaticwin. I then rested before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, a rather quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹. Sundays is when politicians roam around churches spreading their fake promises.
Globally, the trending story is the hotly contested German election, may take some time to form a ruling coalition, probably among the 3 leading parties 😱. Elsewhere, in Tunisia protests and anger at the acting president, after he moved to rule by decree, ignoring parts of the constitution.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is at 43k as it gets back onto the bullish 🐂 track, the bearish 🐻 September is fading away. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries. I then got back home 🏡 and went for the usual afternoon nap 💤. As always it was refreshing as I got up some time early evening feeling great 💪.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
More protests in the occupied west bank as Israeli forces killed two Palestinians 😬.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. The slow paced walk that winds down my day. The evening breeze 🍃 was amazing and I finished off around the neighborhood as darkness fell.
