My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2021....... Sunday funday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's been another wonderful and active day. It's now close to bed time 💤but before that let's quickly take a look at how my day went. Thanks for stopping by and here we go 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off the day with the fast paced morning session. Brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the cloudy neighborhood. As always the fresh breeze made it quite enjoyable 💯.
Come ten o'clock I was back indoors having achieved my automaticwin 🙌. I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, all quiet except for the never ending political shenanigans 😹.
Globally, lots happening with anti govt protests in Tunisia. Anger over the on going pandemic and tough economic conditions 😬. I guess a shock gold win by Tunisian swimmer in Tokyo is good news👏. Elsewhere in Russia it was Navy day as they paraded their best naval ships and defense equipment to president Putin and the country at large.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is still at 34k, not so much movement today. I settled down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day including the laundry.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries, walked around for a while before heading back home 🏡. Next came the nap, and then I woke up some time early evening feeling well rested and energetic 💪.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news ☺️.
More bad weather in China as a typhoon touched down with lots of wind and rain ☔. On the other side in US the wild fires kept going and in Norway a big bright meteorite landed somewhere in Oslo😱.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I had an extended walk and made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
