Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It is actually my 3rd Actifit Birthday 🎉🎂🎊 having started on 21 July 2018👏. Anyways, thank you for being here and let's quickly take a look at how my day went plus some of the trending stories. Here we go 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off early with the brisk walking 👣 and jogging around the cloudy neighborhood. The fresh air 🍃 made it quite enjoyable 💯.
Come ten o'clock, I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 and the plannedemic vaccinations kept going.
Globally, France launched it's covid pass, no one will be allowed into most public places without it😱. I guess it's only a matter of time before this becomes the norm everywhere. Elsewhere, four US drug companies have agreed to pay $26 billion dollars for their role in the opioid crisis that has seen over 500k deaths from addiction😬.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin continued it's sideways movement but climbing subtly to 31k. Tomorrow it may be back to below 30k, who knows 😹. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the park 🌲 just to rest my eyes 👀 from the screen. I walked around for a while before heading back home 🏡. Next came the usual nap 💤 dreaming off until sometime early evening when I got up feeling great 💪 and well rested 💯.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news. In china severe floods as one province received a whole year's rainfall in 24hours😱. Then wild fires 🔥 in Canada and US, the global warming is getting out of hand.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I had an extended walk following my usual route. I later made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.It's a beautiful full moon 🌝 tonight.
