My Actifit Report Card: May 3 2021.... Awesome Monday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Monday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. As always I am glad you stopped by yet again 👏. Please keep reading 👓 as I let you in on how my day went plus some of the trending news I came across. Let's get it 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off early with the fast paced morning session. Brisk walking 👣 and jogging around the neighborhood. I was so glad that the forecasted rain didn't manifest. So I kept going until around ten o'clock when I detoured and headed back home 🏡.
Next came the shower 🚿 and a little bit of resting before logging into my emails and trending news of the day. Locally, all quiet except for the usual political shenanigans 😹.
The plannedemic vaccinations kept going. Today was world press freedom day and in Kenya we have really improved and the press is as free as ever.
Globally, India still trending with the surge in positive cases😱; shortage of oxygen and the scramble for vaccines. Elsewhere, in Myanmar the rebel group kachin shot down a military helicopter as they continued their defiance against the power grabbing military junta.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still hanging around 57 and 58k. Eth still were the action is at as it surged to 3,300👏. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning and tidying up chores.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some veggies and other cooking groceries.
Then I was back indoors for my usual afternoon nap 💤. That went excellently and I woke up feeling quite energetic 💪 and rejuvenated 💯.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also the news. Another trending story is creator of the fortnite game, Epic games is taking Apple to court over it's monopoly on the app store. Seems that apple dictates and has an unfair advantage 😬.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I followed the usual route,then made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
I forgot to mention that the rain 🌂 caught up with me tonight, good thing I was close to the house 😂.
