My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2021.... Throwback Thursday ๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ผ๐๐ด๐คโโ ๐ผ๐ถ๐โจ๐
Hello everyone ๐,
Happy Thursday ๐ and a very warm welcome to my report ๐. Come on in and let me quickly paint you a picture of how my day went.
As always I am glad you stopped by yet again ๐. I truly appreciate your valuable time ๐ฏ. Let's do this ๐จ.
I woke up to a beautiful sunny ๐ day and kicked off with the brisk walking ๐ฃ and jogging ๐ around the neighborhood. The cool breeze ๐ was just amazing as I made my way.
Come ten o'clock, I ended my session and was back indoors where I showered ๐ฟ and rested for a while. Later, I was online checking my emails and the trending news of the day.
Locally, the plannedemic still stubbornly hanging around but with few positive cases ๐. Then of course the usual political shenanigans ๐น.
Globally, neighbouring Uganda had their election with a country wide internet black out. Can you imagine not being able to go online ๐น. Nowadays, the internet is like food then this man goes and shuts off an entire country ๐ฑ.The incumbent dictator president will do anything to stay in power ๐ฑ. The counting is underway with results expected on Saturday, but am quite sure who the winner ๐ will be ๐น.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is doing the most now headed back to 40k. The bulls have emerged stronger๐ช.
I did sit down to some crypto analysis videos and also in between handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon I stepped out to the fruits and veggies market. Grabbed a few stuff then headed home ๐ก. Then it was time for my afternoon nap ๐ค.
I woke up early evening feeling quite energetic ๐ช and then continued watching some of the earlier videos and news. Time flew by and I had my ginger tea โ before heading back out for the final walk of the day. The very relaxing sunset ๐โ
walk.
I followed the usual route alongside the main road and then finished off around the neighborhood after it got dark.
