My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2021..... Sunday funday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. A new week is upon us and so much has already happened in these first ten days of the year. As always thank you for taking the time to be here👏. Let's take a quick look at how my day faired💨.
As usual, I began early with the fast paced morning session. Brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood.
The temperature dipped a bit from last night's rain 🌂 But with lots of cool fresh air 🍃.
I did enjoy that session 💯 and ended it around ten o'clock. From there I was back indoors for a shower 🚿 and a little bit of resting. Then it was onto the normal routine of checking my emails and trending news of the day. Locally it was all about the plannedemic and the usual political shenanigans 😹.
Globally, still about the plannedemic and other mixed stories. Another boeing crash in Indonesia and a ferry sank in the DR Congo 😓. My condolences to all the bereaved families, definitely not a good wat to start the year.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin has been at 40k all day and now I see it's slipped to 37k. I believe we are still in the bullish 🐂 momentum and this is another chance to buy. I did watch a few crypto analysis videos here and there.
As always in between, I handled the cleaning chores of the day. Then later in the afternoon some yard work before going for my usual nap 💤.
I woke up feeling great 💪 and I continued with the earlier videos and also some news. I saw it snowing hard in Spain, the global warming has changed weather patterns so much. They haven't seen that much snow in a while 😹.
As the evening approached, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then I was out for the final walk of the day. The very relaxing sunset ⛅🌇 walk. That went excellently and I made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
