My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2022

Hello Actifitters! I had a short walk in the garage after breakfast. I continue walking inside the house. I folded some clothes that I washed last Saturdah. Me and my wife fetched my son in the school. We went to the supermarket to buy some baking ingredients. We got home before 3 PM. I walked for a few minutes again. But it wasn't enough for 10,000 steps.
