Shopping not Enough - My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2022
Had errands to run today after some work in the morning. Some shopping was included and although I thought I got plenty of activity during the shopping, I still needed plenty when we got home.
With the weather being a bit wet, I opted for my trusty treadmill for an hour. Went for a walk while watching some Splinterlands tourneys which were entertaining. Despite the FUD everywhere, the community alone is worth it all!
