When you post via the phone app, it does post to both platforms. That in essence gives you 'double exposure'. I use a Fitbit smartwatch (there are many options at fitbit.com) because it's on my wrist all of the time. Sometimes, I can't carry my phone with me. By using a Fitbit, I can capture ALL of my steps, whereas with the phone, I might lose steps when I can't carry it with me. You do not NEED to have a Fitbit though, to post. You should post daily as missing days can take your reputation score down. Go to actifit.io and log in there. Go through the website and become familiar with it, as you can edit there after a post is done, if you need to. Also, be sure to include tags when posting from your phone. On actifit.io, you can go into your wallet to see your afit tokens. Depending on your balance, you can promote your post by clicking on that tab. You can also go to the market place and purchase gadgets to promote your post. You get afit tokens for commenting on hive which will help to build up your balance and make purchasing gadgets or promoting your post easier. I hope this helps. Take care!

Have you visited actifit.io yet? You receive afit tokens for posting as well as commenting on other actifitters posts. You want these tokens to build so that you can go into your actifit wallet, via actifit.io and click on "exchange Afit token for vote reward boost'. As your reputation builds from posting daily, you will be rewarded sooner with this upvote reward system. If you miss posting for a day or longer, it will impact your reputation score and it will backslide. You can also increase your reputation by purchasing AFIT-X tokens, which in turn will push you forward in the rewards boost cycle.
