My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2022
Today was a great day. My workout was walking, and I did a good amount of that today. Plus, my mama got out for a while today and walk through a store for the first time in a while. For a person with severe asthma, this is huge for her.
Now it’s time to relax and wind down.
