My Actifit Report Card: May 18 2021
Every year around this time the birdies come to set up their nest. Instead of chasing them away, signs are set up to alert passers by of their presence. There are many of these nest around the mall at this time of the year - I can’t imagine this happening in a very public area in my home country . The fact that birds can set up their nest in a very public space like this is truly remarkable. The wild pigeons are pretty tame too.
Yup, that was something I marveled at while coming to the close of my 13k step day. I was quite busy today so it was quite easy to keep the calories low and at bay. I’ve seen change in my weight in the right direction and to add to that I will be doing a workout after sending this post.
After that I will call it a night just like these little birdies. Take care of yourself wherever you are.
