My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2024

As always I started my day with stretches among other things for physical health. Then I prepared myself to go out to attend meetings.

Lunchtime when I got back. Although it was hot and humid, it was breezy. So after lunch, I walked around the site and up and down, up and down to and from the unfinished house. I can't wait to move in. I don't know why they're slower nowadays...

Since I have work, I needed to prepare lessons, connected with the students (giving them a reminder), walked Max, worked, etc, etc.
