My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2022

My sister and I had a good longer walk this afternoon. Weather was alright, sunny, breezy but humidity was a bit high. I had to prepare some lessons when we got back and work later on.

Even if I was rushing to get up this morning, I'm glad that I still managed to do my daily stretches with some yoga stretches.
