My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2021
Good evening everyone it was another fantastic session in the house of pain. Hitting up another fantastic leg day. After yesterday's run my calves and thighs were actually quite sore. I mainly switched to bike riding over the past few months due to the pandemic.
It's interesting as you would think cardiovascular training is the same no matter what but I've learned that it isn't.
I remember the first fortnight I switched from running to bike riding, it was utter pain. Then it got easy. However, I've tried to go back to running after not running for quite a long period and felt my lungs struggling as were my legs.
This year I plan on mixing things up abit. Still focusing on bike riding but also mix in a bit of running with it. I'm hoping this will expand my lung capacity and help me make up time and get faster on my bike.
