My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2021
Oh man! Today was one of those days. It started raining last night and didn't stop all day. Well it would have been around 5pm that it stopped raining. That's got to be a record for where I live.
Although, I've recently moved so maybe the area I am in now gets a bit more rainfall than my older area. Considering my new home where we will be building has a lake outfront that's pretty exciting.
Due to the heavy rain I was confined to training indoors. I pushed myself a little harder on the indoor bike riding 20kms. I forgot to keep my phone on me for most of it :(
It was then time to hit back and abs for another weight lifting session.
It always hurts coming back to training after small breaks and I could definitely feel the struggle tonight plating up.
Few more weeks and I'll be back at 100%
