My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2022

Morning run with moon and snow, it was just what I needed. I haven’t run as much as I’d like. I have a pain in my foot and wanted to see if it got better with a little break. Plus, let’s face it, the total load of life just before Christmas is extra high, I thought it was my body’s way of telling me to slow down. It didn’t really help so I guess I have to get it checked out after Christmas.
