My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2022
Today I ran on the threadmill and did not bring my phone so there is a big discrepancy between counted steps here and on my Garmin, see picture. The steps here are from this evening when I walked to the beach. It is a full moon now and I have been swimming in the sea in the dark with friends. It is 10 degrees in the sea now. We also made a bonfire so it was really nice.
