My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2022

Day three of my self imposed isolation, lol. My hip and arm are feeling much better but still just a bit tender. I'm sure things would be feeling normal if I kept from doing much for a few weeks but I've got another disc golf tournament I want to play in on Sunday.

I feel like I'm in good shape for this weekend and plan on just doing some more short putting practice again tomorrow. I'm getting much better at the shorter throws and gaining more confidence in them.

Today I did a bunch of disc golf putting until my fingers got really cold. It was just cold enough to discourage me from doing much else.

I did walk around with Doggie some. He is so overly aggressive that when a slower moving truck with a trailer passed he went tearing after it barking like crazy. I yanked on the leash hard because I didn't want him to wind up under the trailer and he came back fast and plunked into the muddy wet gutter. His hole side was full of dirt so I had to give him a bath afterwards. I felt kind of bad about yanking him like that but I didn't want him to get run over. I use one of those longer extendable leashes and sometimes it gives him a bit too much freedom because he can be a bit unpredictable.

The sun briefly came out today so I turned the rock around to get a nice photo of the backside:
