My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2020

It was kind of frosty this morning but it got nicer in the afternoon. My son and I headed out once it warmed up, to play a round of disc golf at the local eighteen basket course.

We ended up playing best shot doubles with a five people. My son was playing by himself and had an extra throw on each hole. My team went -6 for the round and came in second.

After that my son and I played a round of eighteen baskets by ourselves. I scored even for the round and was pretty happy with the score. I wish I was doing a bit better with my forehand throws though. I will need to practice that some more.

I'm starting to learn some of my recently acquired discs better now. I really like the Tactic and the Method discs. The others I'm not sure about as yet.

We just got a new Lefant robot vacuum for Christmas. It works really well and I'm impressed with it so far. It has been driving Doggie a bit nuts, lol. I hope that he gets over it and figures out that it will not hurt him.

Today's view of the river out on the disc golf course:

There were a lot of things floating along in the river today. It was running pretty high.

Unfortunately our friend lost his P3x throwing putter in the river. It bounced off a tree and floated out into the river. Sometimes the water washes them down onto a sandbar so hopefully that happens and he gets it back. It was the disc that he got an ace (made the basket on one throw) on his birthday with. I don't think these discs are currently in production. I use a P3x as my main throwing putter too and have one spare I might part with if he needs it.
