My Actifit Report Card: May 3 2020
A few times up and down stairs to get across the line which no doubt annoyed the neighbours at 10.30 pm as the stairs are noisy and the walls are thin but not to worry.
Well, today we can sit outside the street food style food vendors and eat again and alcohol sales resumed in most of Thailand . The fitness parks have also reopened but not their associated gyms or outdoor fitness machines.
It's a start I suppose but social distancing rules still apply and when we went out to eat, people looked wary and nervous !
Difficult times for all be but we will have to all be patient and take baby steps .
