Yesterday I went to the beach again for around 1 hour. I have to be very careful due to the scorching heat, I don’t want to end up crinkled. With my goggles on, i was able to really go for it. Swimming just allows you to completely disconnect, when you are under the water you can peacefully investigate your thoughts.
It’s also a perfect way to cool down towards the end of a hot day. The heat here is cumulative, and drains you gradually.
Im hoping to sort my next adventure in the next few weeks, as I’m only here till august.
