Decided to go for a run in the midday heat, which was a bad move. Afterwards I was absolutely wiped out! But it should be worth it in the long run.
Enjoyed a very relaxed day, watching YouTube, cooking and talking to my house mate. A late evening swim to cap off a very pleasant day.
