12K today, better than usual! Same activity, a nice night time walk. It was cold so Irran part of the way.
Even though it has been cold I decided to get some chocolate fudge ice cream today. I haven't had any in months and probably won't buy any again until the Spring. I need to get lactose free ice cream and this Lactaid brand works for me.
Can you digest dairy without issues?

Very good choice with Brownies, I also like those with Oreo cookies, in my case I can digest dairy without any problem. Thanks for sharing.
