My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2021
Working on getting back into walking and hitting 10,000 steps every day. The weekends are easier than work days to achieve my goal. I hit 8000 today just doing regular chores and things around the house. My daughter and I took our dog, Milo, for a walk between rain storms to get over the 10k mark. Mission accomplished.
