My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2021
Hello guys,
Started the day feel more relaxed, did the necessary home things then headed for work. Didn't jog as I am still trying to observe my new location.
Got to the quite early due to a finance meeting scheduled to hold. After the 2hrs long meeting, started daily activity proper.
Moved around the office more today as I had to settle some accounting transactions- paper work and all of that.
Got home after work and did few minutes exercise to keep body in shape
Today basically involved movement around office and some walking
