My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2022
I've been very active recently but I got the exhaustion. Thus, I've been feeling sick since yesterday. It started with a sore throat last Friday.
I've been out to attend our sign language weekend meeting and the wake of a deaf student. I was really tired yesterday, and the smoke from burning of dried leaves and trash has made my sore throat worse.
I slept early last night, probably had around 11 hours of sleep.
