My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2022

I feel so lazy during the day that my wife cooked our breakfast when his brother came to bring the fish tank and small fishes. As usual, I did my online tasks, while at some time walking around the house.

I cooked our lunch though, while someone gave us pork stew for dinner. I don't need to cook at that time. I fell sleepy early, which is common on my end now. That's better than having insomnia attack. I'm worried for my wife though because it's hard for her to fall asleep.
