My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2021
Hello actifitters!
Do you also guys forget to post your actifit result oftentimes? Yesterday, I had a decent actifit result but the problem was I forgot to post it since every after workout I always rest first keep my phone away and do work on some stuffs. Then, I should be posting when everything is done but sometimes I forget to when there's a sudden errand or when I unexpectedly talk with friends online.
I am trying to make it a habit now to post my actifit result before doing anything so I won't be throwing away actifit results. Anyway, today I just went jogging for about 30 minutes and I was the last man running in the field haha because the open gym needed to close already. Hope to keep moving tomorrow.
