My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2021
I didn't walk much. It was a day to rest after a week of work and travel.
I hope our new project will be successful. I am busy with that and I took a days to rest to think and regain my strength.
We often get demotivated and we need to think why we actually started it in the first place.
