My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2022

A good day at work. Weather was nice today

Today, I first did indoor walking while listening to music.

Later, i went out to high street to do the remaining steps. Spent 35/40 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added more steps walking indoors again.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
