Back/biceps workout today, with some additional sets of back and front lever (with atrocious form).
On the menu:
- narrow grip pull-ups 5x8-12
- chin-ups 5x6-10
- skin the cat 5x4-6
- high pulls 5x12
- biceps curls 5x8-12
