My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2021
Today I attended a Yoga class in the jungle which is an under 2 min bike ride from my casa.
It was an hour of vinyasa and and we got to do some standing one leg balance work - my fav.
Other than that I have biked to the coffee shop and will teach a live vinyasa yoga class tonight on the full moon.
