Some yoga ay home and outside in the sunshine at the “castle” where nobody goes up.
There are already almost no people outside no matter what daytime but while I was at the castle just one single gut walked up there im about 3+ hours.
Most humans are at home, work, shopping or wasting time and money somewhere. But now I have found a spot where I can sunbath my testicles and grow more testosterone
In the evening actifit motivated me to do more steps as I just had 4300. So i went for another walk and used the cycle at the outdoor gym ti get some movement. I realized my stomach is bloated. I bought soja sauce with gluten again for the 2nd time and had bad pain.
