February 20 2020 - Kicker of asses

Not a typical Thursday. I only had my evening classes, no dancing, body maintenance or stretching in the afternoon.

Did a short #getinshapechallenge video after my classes. It's nice to do that somewhere with enough space around. Not at home that is. Total amount of pushups was 24. That's a good addition to the workout in my classes. Dancing, resistance band training (arms mostly) and stretching.
