You are correct; it is all in our minds. I know that when I get out, even if I'm feeling moody, that I feel better afterwards. There are times when you legitimately might take a break, but it is just getting out there and doing it. You did well with your 5980 @actifit steps. Try pushing yourself for 1000 more steps tomorrow and then the next day add some more. I suspect you will be at 10,000 steps before too long! Take care and have a good night!
