My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2024
Hello everyone!
The weather was better today. It didn't rain the whole and Mr. sun peeked intermittently so we placed some of our damped clothes on the terrace upstairs. Then, our group had a video conference. Most of the places in our territory are flooded so we did our service virtually.
In the afternoon, before going to the grocery store, we collected our clothes. My husband accompanied me in buying some fruits and other essentials. Then at 5 pm, we, together with my brother, went to the sports center to resume our workout routine. The officers instructed us not to go on the oval track so we climbed the stairs on the grandstand instead. I'm happy that I was able to finish all of the flights of stairs for 30 minutes.
