My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2021
Happy Saturday everyone!
Because I got my Covid-19 shot yesterday, I expected that I'll experience side effects. It's like I have a flu so I just stayed in our room. I slept most of the time. I wasn't able to do my daily activities because I felt weak. I took paracetamol for my flu-like symptoms.
This afternoon and onwards, I'm feeling better but still not able to do chores. I just walked around the house whenever I can, to earn some counts. However, I didn't reach my minimum goal.
