Arsenal Step Up Moussa Diaby Pursuit
Arsenal is looking to sure up their transfer dealings with another wide player before the summer transfer window closes and they are reportedly keen on making a move for Bayer Leverkusen’s Moussa Diaby having hit the wall with Cody Gakpo and Serge Gnabry.
The Gunners were heavily reliant on wingers in the form of Bukayo Saka and Martinelli, Nelsen is also there, and Marquinious as well as Pepe. Nicolas Pepe is a player they’ll look to sell this summer and could replace him with Diaby

The 23-year-old contributed towards 25 Bundesliga goals in 32 appearances last season for his team and According to Football Insider, owner Kroenke has green-lighted the club’s pursuit of Diaby. Leverkusen won't be keen to let him go on the cheap and Diaby who is valued at £60m is quite a some considering how much has already been spent.

The last time we spent so much on a winger, it didn't really work out that well in the form of Pepe, and I wonder if they should rather consider waiting on this one or being able to swap Pepe to lower the fees.
Having seen Arsenal play this season I'd say central midfield is more of an issue and moving players on than signing a winger. Personally, I'd have gone and picked up Aouar from Lyon now for around 15 million, but that looks like a deal Leicester might secure.
